i arrived after a disgusting experience in other hotel. i arrived at 8 am after I could not even sleep on the other hotel because of the quantity of dirty. at the moment I arrived the desk team took care of me, they not only prepared fast the room to let me rest , but also bring me coffee, water, and made an upgrade from one of the best rooms I had reserved to the best suite of the hotel. they were all the time around me, checking I am ok, if I need something, always with a smile, super nice people. the food was absolutely great also breakfast and lunch I ate at the hotel. i really enjoyed the hotel , and the kindness of their team, especially the girls in the front desk. i felt at home being so far abroad.

We had a really present stay at Trident Hyderabad Hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is amazing, has a lot of food variety and the staff from the restaurant is also very qualified. The hotel has an excellent scent as you get in and all the flowers are amazingly fresh! It gives you a luxury home feeling. Special thanks to Rohan, Rahmat Shaik, Prachi and Sourav for all the help and good hospitality they gave us. Next time I'll for sure choose Trident Hyderabad and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks to all and keep it up!

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad. I'd made it a point to stay at all the 5 star hotels in Hyderabad, and even though this might not be the priciest, it is still certainly the best place to stay.. It starts with the drive up the main entrance.., then the vaulted ceilings of the lobby area.., the flowers bouquet with more than a thousand flowers.., the amazing scents.., the pleasant and very capable and courteous staff.., and then the views from the rooms.., the amazing soft bed and pillows.., and the bath tub..,

Wow! What a memorable, almost two months stay at the Trident. I was in Hyderabad for business, and the Trident became my home away from home. The staff was very friendly and made me feel like family. I loved every single day that I was there. The accommodations were fantastic and everything was super clean. Abraham was my unofficial driver. He was very knowledgeable about the city's attractions and was super attentive to my needs. If I'm ever in Hyderabad again, I know exactly where I will be staying. Big thanks to the entire team!!!

The design and simplicity with elegancy in hotel lobby , restaurant, pool and business centre, all amazing. Staff are very helpful and nice and smiling all time. Shilly from reception a wonderful helpful girl , she arrange our chick in process very smoothly thanks to her. Other wonderful girl from housekeep clean our room perfectly with smile and rapid response I really appreciate her work she is one of the best her name was Vaishali. I like the staff uniform very clean and tidy . Best croissant ever , thanks for bakery team.
